Dr Garry Luxmoore is the Principal and Senior Consultant of Business Decisions. He possesses a diploma in teaching, an MBA, a Master of Laws, and a Doctor of Business Administration entitled “The Internationalisation of Professional Services – Training and Consulting in India”. In addition to this, Garry holds professional memberships with FAICD, AIMM, MIMC, and has held academic positions at both Griffith University and Bond University.
Dr Garry Luxmoore has over 20 years experience, both domestic and international, in corporate training, executive coaching and consulting. Garry’s area of specialty includes strategic planning and direction, the marketing of services, and negotiations and he is a senior partner with IMCA (International Management Centres Association), the world's largest action learning management school, based in Buckinghamshire, England.
Mrs Jo Luxmoore
Senior Consultant

As a partner and consultant with Business Decisions. Jo’s role is based in the training and development division of the company. Jo holds a MBA, and is highly qualified in the presentation of instruments such as The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Navigating Through Change, Effective Negotiation and Influencing Skills and The Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Jo’s areas of specialty lie in facilitation and small group training, where she has designed and delivered a range of programs covering areas such as customer focus, communication skills, negotiation skills, supervisory level leadership development and change management.
Clients Jo has worked with include Westfield Shopping Centres, Brisbane Convention Centre, Leighton Contractors, Comalco, Stanwell Power Station, Mainland Products and All India Management Association.
Kate McCready
Training and Development Consultant
BEd, Dip Bus
Kate McCready has recently joined the Business Decisions team as a Training & Development Consultant. Kate has successfully completed her Bachelor of Education and her Diploma in Business Management.
Kate has worked with organisations such as Sandvik Mining & Construction, Sensis and the Queensland Government. She has also spent some time in Hong Kong, teaching at an International Kindergarten, where she worked on developing their curriculum and producing educational videos.
Kate has had a lot of exposure in the areas of training, program development and design, customer relations, staff training, data analysis, problem resolution, report reviews, event management and marketing.
Kate’s primary role at Business Decisions will be to champion our LIFO® Program.
